These earrings are inspired by the Studio Ghibli dust bunnies (soot sprites) from Spirited Away and My Neighbour Totoro. In particular the scene from spirited away when they rush to pick up the stars! These were made to be more dainty than the original Ghibli collection as well as elegant.
Handpainted shell bead and multicolour gold foil star glass beads. Metal wire and leverback hoops are made from stainless steel which is hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant.
